I love chocolate.

When I smell it and see it I want it. When I taste it I want more of it! Chocolate is something that I just cannot or will not live my life without.

Born and raised in Penza, Russia, I've lived and worked in Orlando, Florida for the past 13 years.  Finally after working in restaurants as a pastry chef I decided to open a place where people could come and enjoy hand crafted chocolates and many delicious baked goods as well.

Chocolate comes from the seeds of the tropical tree named Theobroma cacao (Theobroma means "food of the gods" in Greek). The Aztecs valued chocolate as a food that was for the divine, and thus only royalty and the priests could enjoy it.  Chocolate is the only food that melts at body temperature, and actually activates the same part of your brain as certain opiates do.

You can only appreciate chocolate if you let it melt slowly in your mouth – so I encourage you to taste the best chocolate and eat it in a different, rather slower and more seductive way.
